Premium tented lodge at South Serengeti / Ngorongoro Conservation Area with all-inclusive drinks
Masek Tented Lodge is a premium safari accommodation on the shores of Lake Masek in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, at the southern edge of the Serengeti ecosystem. This unique location places the lodge at the crossroads of two of Tanzania's most iconic wildlife destinations — the Serengeti plains and the Ngorongoro Crater — making it an exceptionally versatile base for exploration. The lodge features spacious tented rooms with en-suite bathrooms, comfortable furnishings, and private verandas with views of the lake. The main area includes a restaurant, bar, lounge, and a swimming pool. Between December and April, the southern Serengeti and Ndutu area adjacent to the lodge witness the calving season — hundreds of thousands of wildebeest giving birth, attracting predators in large numbers. Masek's position near Olduvai Gorge (the "Cradle of Mankind"), the shifting sands, and the Ngorongoro Crater makes it ideal for combining wildlife viewing with cultural and archaeological excursions. All-inclusive drinks are included. Conservation fees are not included.
