Met on arrival at Kilimanjaro in the morning and away south west without a night in Arusha, which is what makes this a five park day trip rather than a four. Into Tarangire in the early afternoon for the first game drive: the elephant park, its river valley and the baobabs, with the herds along the water through the dry months.

Tarangire on the first afternoon rather than the second day. The floor of the Ngorongoro Crater. A night on the Ndutu plainswhich in late November is where the migration is heading. Two full days in the central Serengeti with a change of camp between them. A flight straight off the plains to Zanzibar.
Five nights on safari and three on the east coast of Zanzibar, for two guests sharing, running 29 November to 7 December. Straight from the airport into Tarangire on day one, the Ngorongoro Crater and the Ndutu plains on day three, two full days in the central Serengeti, then a light aircraft from Seronera to the coast. No night in Arusha at either end, which buys a full extra day in the parks.

WildlifeLarge elephant herds along the Tarangire River, giraffe, zebra, impala, waterbuck and warthog, with lion likely along the riverine bush.
SceneryAncient baobabs and the river valley, and Mount Meru behind on the drive out.
