Depart Arusha for the first game drive of the grand tour at Lake Manyara National Park. Compact but incredibly diverse, Manyara packs groundwater forest, lake shore flamingos, and the famous tree-climbing lions into a single afternoon of game viewing — a spectacular introduction to northern Tanzania's wildlife.
